Customize the Windows desktop icon and cursor attributes. Use animated icons on your desktop, swap your own icons for Network Neighborhood, My Computer, Favorites and other icons which Windows places on your desktop and Explorer.
It also lets you change default mouse cursors, make icon text labels transparent, change icon text color, replace Windows startup/shutdown screens, repair icons, change the Start button, save/restore icon positions, more.
